The massage itself was good overall, not great. The score reflects the behavior and comments of the staff. During the massage, the staff member had her phone set to chime loudly every time the front door opened or she got a text message. Additionally, she chewed gum loudly during my session. These things made it difficult for me to relax. Furthermore, during my massage another staff member came in and the two ladies chatted in Chinese for about fifteen to twenty minutes. I don't know if the second lady was a trainee, or they were just talking about me, but it wasn't really appropriate to have someone else enter in the middle of the service without asking. At the end of the massage the lady patted in my belly and said, "You good body, many Americans BIG, FAT. You good body." This was also inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. Finally, at the end when I gave a tip, the staff member complained and said it was too low.
